Responsibilities
- Process and review client invoices with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements
- Maintain compliance with billing regulations and company policies
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
