Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices across multiple service lines using ERP systems
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries and contract discrepancies
- Optimize billing processes through workflow automation and documentation
- Ensure HIPAA/FINRA compliance in all financial transactions and reporting
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and variance analysis for executive review
- Train staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in finance or healthcare sectors
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication for stakeholder interactions
- Experience with AR aging reports and collections processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
