Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, coding, and distribution
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies with clients
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to maintain accurate billing records
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable) and internal policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client and internal stakeholder interactions
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Certification in medical billing (CPC) or revenue cycle management preferred
