Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients using ERP systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivable issues
- Monitor payment processing and reconcile accounts daily
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing ambiguities
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable)
- Train new staff on billing procedures and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
