Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal departments
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue account management
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Train staff on updated billing protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and billing software
- Knowledge of HIPAA/FINRA compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
