- Generate and analyze monthly revenue reports for leadership
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue account follow-ups
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors
- Maintain compliance with healthcare/financial regulations
- Train junior staff on billing systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or commercial billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or CPC preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
- Ability to meet strict monthly billing deadlines
