- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and QuickBooks to enhance efficiency
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Prepare monthly billing reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management
- Expert proficiency in billing software (SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and process improvements
