Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Generate and distribute invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure proper contract documentation
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly and prepare aging reports
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in a corporate or B2B environment
- Expertise in medical billing, healthcare billing, or complex invoicing systems
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions efficiently
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification a plus
