Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Maintain accurate billing records in ERP systems
- Process insurance claims and third-party reimbursements
- Generate monthly billing reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar billing software
- Strong knowledge of medical billing (if applicable) or general accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
