- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive review
- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA/UB-04
- Manage payment posting and account reconciliation
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic EMR systems
- Train staff on billing process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in Epic Resolute and IDX systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms
- Ability to process 100+ claims daily
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
