Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Resolve account inquiries with empathy and accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions
- Build relationships with customers through personalized service
- Support branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
