Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
