Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation reports
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations
- Support branch operations through safe deposit services and account maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Must pass background check and credit review
