Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise daily reconciliation records
- Actively identify and cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI and credit background clearance required
