Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional member service by resolving inquiries and promoting financial products
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to compliance standards
- Open new accounts and assist members with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Maintain strict confidentiality of member information
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic office technology
- Federally mandated background check required
- Arizona Notary Public certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desirable
