Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict compliance and security protocols
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night depository functions
- Participate in branch promotions and community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Tennessee state banking license (will provide training)
