Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with precision and adhere to 3-day payment cycles
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize A/P workflows using Oracle Financials and Excel macros
- Lead month-end closing procedures for accounts payable sub-ledger
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain 100% accurate payment records in compliance with SOX standards
- Train 2 junior AP staff on system protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financials and Excel VBA
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven success with vendor dispute resolution
- Experience in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
