Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and build client relationships
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to financial protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist with new account openings and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless branch operations
- Uphold all regulatory compliance and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Tulsa area residents strongly preferred
