Responsibilities
Execute daily teller duties, including cash handling, check cashing, and balancing the drawer to ensure accuracy.Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet their banking needs.Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers efficiently and accurately.Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products to enhance member relationships.Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation and lobby area.Assist in the opening and closing of the branch, including vault operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.Strong math skills and the ability to perform cash reconciliation with high accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch schedule.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
