Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Support branch operations by assisting with ATM maintenance and cash replenishment
- Participate in team meetings and training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
