Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trusted relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to branch success by achieving cross-sell targets and promoting digital banking solutions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information
- Participate in branch security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate teller systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
