Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM balancing procedures
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and security protocols
- Assist with branch operations as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools
