Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver personalized banking solutions to diverse clientele
- Proactively cross-sell financial products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries within 15-minute SLA
- Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliation
- Support branch operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficient in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass FBI background check and fingerprinting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
