Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalized financial consultations and problem resolution
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Support branch operations through inventory management and record-keeping

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
