Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and service issues efficiently
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily reconciliation
- Adhere to compliance regulations and security protocols
- Build relationships through personalized customer interactions
- Support branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations preferred
