Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Support branch operations through cross-training in teller and platform functions
- Actively participate in sales initiatives to achieve branch growth targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
