Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts) to meet client needs
- Resolve account inquiries and disputes with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through lobby management and customer flow coordination
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and branch performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud prevention and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Valid NC driver's license and clean background check
