Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions to maintain compliance standards
- Open new accounts and assist customers with financial products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
