Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain secure handling of cash and confidential customer information
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate banking software and basic office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
