Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of banking products and services.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing the vault and handling security procedures.
- Assist customers with digital banking setup and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Comply with all banking regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check as per banking standards.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
