Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with high accuracy and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cash checks and handle currency with strict adherence to security and compliance protocols.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and explaining banking products.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of every shift to ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to meet daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail banking, teller operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check.
