Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior level of customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions with strict attention to detail and security protocols.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend relevant financial products.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
