Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Identify and refer customers for appropriate banking solutions.
- Uphold strict security and compliance standards regarding cash handling and sensitive customer data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
