Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist with ATM operations and night vault services as required
- Comply with all banking regulations and security protocols
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
