Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through banking services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure precision and compliance with bank policies.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining complex financial products to customers in a clear, professional manner.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as credit cards and savings accounts, to meet sales goals.
- Maintain a secure and organized work environment, adhering to all security and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
