Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements using GAAP standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with zero material discrepancies
- Develop tax strategies and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Collaborate with CFOs on financial forecasting and budget optimization
- Mentor junior accountants through quarterly training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, and BI tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong communication skills for executive stakeholder reporting
