Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving basic issues.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to recommend financial products.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or banking experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
