Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial consultations and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift end per bank protocols
- Adhere to strict security procedures and anti-fraud regulations
- Train new tellers on operational systems and customer service standards
- Participate in quarterly branch sales initiatives and community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional branch errands
- Series 6/63 or 7 securities license a plus
- Pass federal background check and credit screening
