As a Bank Teller, you will:
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision.
- Adhere to strict banking regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while assisting high volumes of customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental calculations accurately.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
