Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Operate teller equipment and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn banking procedures
- Previous cash handling experience preferred but not required
