Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and answering account inquiries.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual sales goals.
- Assist with account openings and perform necessary security verifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash handling experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle large amounts of cash with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including ATMs, debit/credit card processing, and MS Office.
- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary banking licenses.
