Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Safeguard sensitive customer information while adhering to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic financial consultations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
