Responsibilities
- Process daily cash and check transactions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet customers warmly and provide accurate information regarding bank products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure compliance.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, deposits, and loan applications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, security policies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior banking or cash handling experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental math and handle large amounts of cash accurately.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office).
