Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly, answer questions regarding accounts, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, including KYC and AML protocols, to ensure the safety of bank assets.
- Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce customers to our suite of financial products and services.
- Office Management: Maintain the teller line area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and ready for customer transactions.
- Record Keeping: Balance the cash drawer daily and complete necessary paperwork with precision.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior banking experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to count money quickly and accurately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
