Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Verify customer identity and adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Assist in opening new accounts and completing necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- No prior banking experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in math and cash handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
