Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the teller window, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Process loan payments and resolve basic account discrepancies

Qualifications
