- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial consultations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues efficiently
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
