Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide superior front-line customer service and resolve account inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets and assist customers in achieving their financial goals.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile daily work tickets and vault reports.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing loan applications when applicable.
- Ensure the branch lobby and teller stations are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory compliance, security, and bank policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; some college in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, or in retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Willingness to wear provided uniforms and maintain a professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
