Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Operate the teller machine and handle cash drawers with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager.
- Assist with branch operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
