Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, high-quality service to meet their financial needs.
- Open new accounts and assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area, adhering to strict security and safety protocols.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and balance the teller drawer at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Customer Service Representative, or in the retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn banking software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
